West Fork of Oak Creek, Arizona July, 2012
During a 3-day weekend on a 4-10 work week we traveled to Sedona for photo-tour.  Just before heading back down the mountain we stopped here for a peek into this highly recommended trail.  What a great surprise to find this beautiful scene.  Within an hour the sky unloaded buckets of rain.  I can't wait to go back and walk the entire trail.

Drunk?
While I was hiking down to the Tonto Natural Bridge I came upon a couple who werre
feeding this squirrel a PopTart.  The picture I took makes one wonder if this creature
was drunk, stunned by the camera flash, or just plain tuckered out.
Move!
I had a fun afternoon doing a photo shoot with my son for his senior picture.
This was the final shot of the day.  Time to run, Tyler!
Father and Son
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has a tradition of an annual campout
for fathers and sons.  This picture is one of a series of photos of this dad
helping his son cook Smores over a campfire.
Horton Creek on the Mogollon Rim, Arizona
After an enjoyable father and son's outing, I went on a short hike up this small canyon
to check out some good sites for camping.  It was a perfect spring morning to enjoy Horton Creek.
Rose Fields: The best crops in America grown in El Mirage
Rose bushes from this small part of our community are sent to nurseries all over the world.
It is a beautiful sight to drive past miles of these fields and see a rainbow of colors bursting from rows
and rows of roses.

Man and Nature
Multnomah Falls, Oregon.  We stopped on our way home.  After passing this site
many times, I was pleasantly surprised at the magnificence of this waterfall.
